Poster board size 1m width x 2.5m height (Portrait style).
The poster size should be in portrait style of A1 Paper size 60cm width x 84cm height (height can be extended to 90cm).
Posters must be prepared as one. The title, authors and institutions should be same as in submitted abstract and should be listed at the top of the poster.
Highlight the authors’ names and contact information in case the viewer is interested in more information.
The sections should be arranged vertically not horizontally.
Organize the presentation so it is clear, orderly, and self-explanatory.
The main body of the poster should include relevant headings such as Introduction, Material and Methods, Results, Discussion, References and Acknowledgments.
The text, illustrations and labels should be legible to be read from a distance of one meter.
Single spaced 32+ font size is recommended. The text should be concise and easy to read.
Please do not laminate your poster to ensure that it can be recycled.
Presentation time: During morning coffee break (09.00 am); lunch break (12. 15 pm) and Afternoon coffee break (15.15 pm)

Staff will be available to help in locating a poster; ordering additional equipment; providing supplies such as push pins, tape, and scissors; and answering general questions
Abstract accepted for poster presentation will be given an identity number. Please put up your poster on the poster board that bears the said identity number by 25th November 2019, 08.00 AM
The poster must be displayed for the whole conference duration i.e. until 25th November 2019, 12.00 pm and should be taken down by 25th November 2019, 04.00 pm.
Any posters remaining thereafter will be removed by the conference team, after which they will be disposed of if not collected.
Poster presenters are expected to be present by their posters during breaks and poster sessions.
All presenters are required to send the presentation slides in PowerPoint format via email [email protected] before conference day (by November 22, 2019). Send the .ppt file to [email protected]
On presentation day, all presenters are required to be present at the oral presentation room at least 10 minutes before the session begins and at that time no further changes in presentation slides are allowed.
Duration of the presentation is not more than 8 minutes and after the presentation, there will be a discussion session for about 2 minutes
The committee will give a sign two times, when the time is almost finished (2 minutes left) and when the time is finished.
All presenters are required to remain in the seminar room throughout the whole session.
